Cobalt blue hand painted bevel tile BC 001-D140 15x15x0,9cm

The bevel tile is one of the most important ceramic pieces from the Modernism era in Spain.

With its 15 × 15 cm format and its characteristic two-color decoration from vertex to vertex, it soon became a hallmark of tradition, quality and closeness in the world of architecture.

This ceramic classic is appreciated for the play of its composition through the simplicity of its design and for its finish, where the handmade brushwork of its decoration transforms each piece into something unique and inimitable.

In its hand-brushed version, the ceramist takes the piece, with a climbing frame covers half of the piece and with a brush decorates the other half, marking the path of the brushstroke.

If your project demands materials that reveal its production and decoration process, this is one of the ceramic products that you should consider as an alternative.

Being a handmade process, versatility is at your service. You can decide the orientation of the brushstroke, the color of both parts and the color density, that is, it gives you its full potential to exploit your creativity.
