Remember that the lattices are made by extrusion and in a plastic state, so they are not perfect. It is the joint that assumes these irregularities or, failing that, it is necessary to assume small inequalities between the sides of the pieces.

Slight variations in shape and color
AT A FORMAL LEVEL, ceramic lattices are made by extrusion and in a plastic state, so they are not perfect. Small inequalities between the sides of the pieces must be assumed. It is a semi-artisanal product and there are certain differences between pieces.
Regarding COLOR, whether it is natural or enamelled finishes, we must assume small variations in tones between the pieces and between different “batches”. The lattices are made with clay and fired at a high temperature, so there are certain variations in tone that depend on the soils, the firing and the glazes... We recommend that you add an extra 5% of pieces to your order to ensure that before Any unforeseen event you will have pieces from the same “batch”.

Terracotta or stoneware lattices? How to choose the right ceramic material?
All our lattices are suitable for INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR.
The terracotta lattice has a water absorption between 10-14%. Our terracotta lattices resist frost according to technical tests carried out and work in outdoor spaces. With the same speed that they absorb moisture from the environment, they return it to it.
The stoneware lattice has an absorption between 2,5-4.5%, as it has a very low water absorption, it shows a high resistance to frost and a very high hardness compared to the rest of the lattices.
So everything will depend on where you are going to place them, if it is a terrace or a facade, if there are sudden changes in temperature, very low temperatures and very humid environments, northern Europe... but it all depends on the use.

How long will it take for the product to arrive?
After the purchase we will confirm the delivery time by email in 24-48 business hours. To guide you, most products are in stock and therefore would arrive at their destination in mainland Spain in approximately 1 week.
If it is not in stock, the term generally ranges between 6-10 weeks for mainland Spain. If you have questions about the deadlines, you can contact us before making the purchase.

Can I collect the material myself if it is only a few meters?
Yes. Our warehouse is located in Onda (Castellón) Before coming, please confirm us by email and we will give you the specific information on the address, date and time of collection.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, outside Spain or outside the European Union?
Yes. Write us an email to info@ceramicaamanoalzada.com indicating the exact address with its zip code and the product and quantity you need and we will send you a quote with transportation included to the destination you indicate.

Where and how is the material delivered?
The material will be deposited by the carrier at street level directly at the address that you indicate to us at the time of purchase.
There must be a person in charge at the download point to sign the corresponding delivery note.
IMPORTANT: Upon receiving the order, check that everything is in accordance and in perfect condition. If you notice any damage to the packaging, you must sign it and reflect it on the carrier's delivery note and notify us as soon as possible. We make sure that our material leaves our facilities packed as best as possible and this is the only way we can justify any imperfections with the transport agency.

Can I return a ceramic material?
You have 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order or access to download the service to exercise your right of withdrawal and refund of the price. You will only have to inform us by email within that period and be responsible for the direct return costs (art 108 law 3/2014) and shipping costs.
Refunds are not applicable to downloadable files nor are they applicable to custom-made or personalized ceramic products.
The product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging and labeling. The return cannot take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly subject to use, or if the brand packaging has been violated in any way. There should be no writing, stickers or packaging tape. The product must retain all the accessories with which it has been served and those of the brand.

Can I return a personalized or custom-made ceramic material?
No. It is a material made especially for you and cannot be returned. During the process we will make sure it is what you are looking for, sending photos, videos and/or samples for the peace of mind of both parties.
